Tucked into the woods above Hood Canal, the Alderbrook Golf & Yacht Club has been a thriving and active golf course community of full-time and part-time residents since 1965. We are located less than two hours from Seattle, Tacoma and Olympia — rural but within striking distance of “civilization.” Members have a choice of unwinding in peace and solitude, playing golf as often as Mother Nature allows or participating in the many recreational activities for golfers and non-golfers alike. Hood Canal and the Olympic Peninsula offer many other diversions.
Alderbrook is a friendly community where new members are welcomed and can immediately begin to enjoy our attractions. You won’t meet better neighbors who care about each other and the place we live. The Alderbrook Golf Course and the Clubhouse are the centerpieces of the community. The golf season is long, but the social season is longer. Whether you are a die-hard golfer or your interests are more focused on the outdoors, social life or family, we have something for you.
At the Clubhouse, hang out with friends, enjoy a specialty cocktail or wonderful meal, attend exercise class or come to one of our many community events. Taco Tuesday always draws a crowd, and live music is booked at the Clubhouse once or twice a week. The tennis and pickle ball courts are located at the Wickiup (community park), which is also a great place for a family BBQ or reunion. Ping pong, bridge, poker or crafts are available at The Annex across the street from the Clubhouse.
If you are looking for a great place to live, vacation, play golf or just enjoy life, Alderbrook is the place for you.
